It was just an appropriate option for a weekend escape in Reading with great value. The Indian food was outstanding, particularly the Chicken Madras and those buttery parathas. Make sure to try the restaurant's dinner menu for a great culinary experience.

Great stay with comfy vibes
I stayed here for 1 night with my partner, and we loved it! Rooms are spacious and the bed felt amazing. Breakfast was solid too. The staff were super friendly. The pool area was really chill, although a few loungers were broken. Fast service at the bar was a nice touch!

The location felt convenient, close to public transport, making it easy to get around. The room had decent space and was clean. I faced some issues with the air conditioning. it was too cold and didn’t seem to adjust to the settings. The pillows were hard and uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly, but I encountered a few service delays. For instance, upon checking in, there was only one person at the front desk, which led to a longer wait. I ordered room service, and while the food was good, it took quite a while to arrive. The spa experience felt lackluster. the pool was chilly, and the staff at the spa were not very welcoming. Breakfast had a nice variety, but I found it overpriced and not very memorable. I think with a bit of staff training and organization, this place has potential to improve significantly.

We had an amazing time during our group getaway! We visited Twickenham Stadium and Ascot Racecourse, and it was all incredible fun. The hotel had modern facilities, and the room was spacious with a comfy bed. Make sure to plan your parking in advance as it can get tight, especially during busy times.
We faced a bit of a wait during check-in, which was unfortunate since we arrived late. It would have been great if they had offered a later check-out without us having to ask.

The afternoon tea was delightful, especially with the gluten-free options that were served without any issues. Staff members were friendly and helped us quickly, making our arrival pleasant. the bathtub was quite high, making it challenging for anyone with mobility issues. in-room amenities like the TV were inconsistent, as it frequently returned to the home screen during the night. the experience was enjoyable, yet there were areas for improvement.

Fantastic stay with attentive service!
I had a wonderful experience during my two-night stay. The staff were particularly attentive, making our anniversary celebration special with thoughtful gestures. The spacious room was well-designed, and I loved the luxurious decor throughout the hotel. One downside was the pool area was a bit crowded during the children's schedule, making it hard for us to fully enjoy our swim.
